— How do I receive my gifts?
You must have the correct amount of points to receive your gifts.
Check your point balance in "My Account – My Points".
These points have been earned on subscribing, renewal of subscription, sponsoring friends, taking part in hospitality exchanges, free accommodation loan, etc. (For more information, see the "Operations-Points Earned" topic or the CGUVs.)
To exchange your points for gifts, you'll need to contact the Site Administrator via the "Contact Us" form.
Once a gift is selected, we will deduct the corresponding amount of points from your account ("My Account - My Points").
Please specify your chosen gift (and the appropriate reference for an "Extension Bonus" gift) at the time of order. |
